I’m Melvin, a strategist, transformation executive, and writer. Originally from Côte d’Ivoire, my journey has taken me across West Africa, the Netherlands, France, Brazil, the United States, and now Canada, shaping a distinctly multicultural perspective on how organizations, and the people within them, evolve.
Today, I lead the Strategic Cost Transformation practice for a professional service firm. Over the past 20 years, including roles at global firms such as Accenture and AB InBev, I’ve helped complex organizations navigate large-scale change and unlock hidden value.
Writing is where my professional expertise meets my personal curiosity: a space to explore ideas, reflect on hard-earned lessons, and distill insights from the often messy, deeply human side of transformation.
